Athletic build does not equal bench 165 and squat 225….literally out of shape and haven’t lifted consistently in years and I get right back into 3x10 of 135 on bench and 225 on squat any time I start working out again and then subsequently quit working out two weeks later haha. I’m 5’ 8” and weight 170 as well so not a big guy.

I'm doing 1.5kg because I don't have any other dumbells other than 6kg, which I can't do. So with the 1.5kg I'm doing 25x2 for each standing hammer and standing biceps (no seated incline bcs i dont have that seat). I plan to do this training until I can do the 6kg ones. Is this effective???
